Seabeck 2022 Registration and Payment

NOTE: As of September 2, 2022, the Spruce building has no more private rooms available, so please register for Pines if you wish to have a private room (you could also ask our registrar to be put on a waiting list for Spruce).

We’re delighted that you’re planning to attend the 2022 Seabeck Haiku Getaway, especially if this will be your first time! If youve attended before, welcome back! We have implemented a new online registration and payment process this year. Please follow these three steps to register:

STEP 1: View or print out the following two-page registration form (PDF) as a worksheet to help you register for the 2022 Seabeck Haiku Getaway.

Use the scroll bar to the right of the worksheet to see all parts of this two-page form. To print it out, click the Pop-out button in the form’s top-right corner, then look for the print option.

STEP 2: Fill out the following Google registration form to provide your information securely online. Remember the total amount you plan to pay, as you will need to enter this number for your payment in Step 3. Use the scroll bar to the right side of the form to display lower parts of the form. You can also open the Google online registration form in a separate window. Be sure to click the Next button to fill out each part of the form (scroll to the top if necessary), and click Submit at the end.

If you unable to use the following Google form, please print out a copy of the preceding PDF form, fill it out, and mail it with your payment to the address indicated on the form as soon as possible. To qualify for the discounted early registration rate, we must receive your payment by September 25, 2022. After this date, a higher rate applies, and we also ask that you please email John S Green at to let him know your registration is coming. We may be able to accommodate registrations as late as a few days before the retreat starts, especially for day visitors, but please be sure to let us know by email if you want to attend. In addition, you will be required to email your registrar proof of full vaccination (scan or photo of your current vaccination card).

Use the scroll bar to the right of the form to display lower sections of the preceding form. Be sure to click the Next button in the form (you may also need to scroll up to see the top of the next page) and step through all of the pages requiring information. Also make sure to click the Submit button at the end. You will see an on-screen confirmation page and also receive an email confirmation of your registration (check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox). STEP 3: After you fill out the preceding registration form (and remember the total amount you plan to pay), please click the following Pay Now button to make your payment via PayPal or credit card. We also greatly appreciate your donations, which help to offset our costs.
