Seabeck 2024 Registration and Payment
We’re delighted that you’re planning to attend the 2024 Seabeck Haiku Getaway, especially if this will be your first time! If you’ve attended before, welcome back! We have an online registration process, but preferred payment should be made by check or cheque (PayPal is an option if needed). Please follow these three steps to register:
STEP 1: View or print out the following two-page registration form (PDF) as a worksheet to help you register for the 2024 Seabeck Haiku Getaway.
To see all parts of this two-page form, scroll in the window or use the scroll bar to the right of the worksheet. To print it out, click the Pop-out button in the form’s top-right corner, then look for the print option.
STEP 2: Fill out the following Google registration form to provide your information securely online. Remember the total amount you plan to pay, as you will need to enter this number for your payment in Step 3. Use the scroll bar to the right side of the form below to display lower parts of the form, if necessary. You can also open the following online registration form in a separate window (either way is fine). Be sure to click the Next button to fill out each part of the form (scroll to the top if necessary), and click Submit at the end.
If you are unable to use the following Google form, please print out a copy of the preceding PDF form, fill it out, and mail it with your payment to the address indicated on the form as soon as possible. To qualify for the discounted early registration rate, we must receive your payment by September 22, 2024. After this date, a higher rate applies, and we also ask that you please email John S Green at jsgreenmachine@yahoo.com to let us know your registration is coming. We may be able to accommodate registrations as late as a few days before the retreat starts, especially for day visitors, but please be sure to let us know by email if you want to attend.
After filling out the following form, don’t forget Step 3 below!
Use the scroll bar to the right of the form to display lower sections of the preceding form, if necessary. Be sure to click the Next button in the form (you may also need to scroll up to see the top of the next page) and step through all of the pages requiring information. Also make sure to click the Submit button at the end. You will see an on-screen confirmation page and also receive an email confirmation of your registration (check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox). STEP 3: After you fill out the preceding registration form (and remember the total amount you plan to pay), please mail us your payment at the following address (donations to offset expenses are also heartily welcomed). We greatly appreciate your donations, which help to offset our costs. please send your payment, payable to “Haiku Northwest” (not John S Green) to:

If you would prefer to pay with PayPal, it requires an extra fee of about $15 in the United States or $20 outside the United States. To pay by PayPal, please visit our PayPal page, select “Seabeck Haiku Getaway” from the drop-down list, enter the amount to pay, select the button to cover PayPal fees, and then click the Donate button (we're using our Donation link to facilitate Seabeck payments, but we recognize that it's not a “donation”—although we encourage you to include a donation with your payment).
