Everyone is welcome—and feel free to bring some of your own haiku to share (if you bring copies on printed sheets, such as in a tri-fold brochure, you can give or trade them with others).
Presenters, with talks, readings, or workshops include Jeb Barton, Llyn De Danaan, William Scott Galasso, Peggy Heinrich, Connie Hutchison, Dejah Leger, Tanya McDonald, Margaret McGee, Ce Rosenow, Helen Russell, Ann Spiers, Richard Tice, Michael Dylan Welch, and Ruth Yarrow. At 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16 and 23, Haiku Northwest members will be featured on KSER radio (www.kser.org) reading their haiku and senryu. Please tune in or listen live online.
At the Seattle Asian Art Museum, we’ll meet in the auditorium on Saturday and in the meeting hall on Sunday (downstairs in the museum). The meeting hall, on both days, will have table space for the display of books for sale, haiku sheets for trading, as well as haiga and other materials.
